Reigniting a lifelong passion for teaching that began over forty years ago as a professional tennis instructor, Perry is dedicated to not only training dogs but their owners as well.

One of only two members of the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers in the Shorewood - Plainfield area, Perry is also the only trainer in Illinois using the Huntsmith and The Method systems of training, with companion dogs.

Perry will develop a foundation with your dog where they will have manners; addressing pulling, reactivity, and other problems you may be having.

Based upon a foundation of the dog learning to go with you, come to you and be still, Perry has added fundamentals of The Method System which places an emphasis on mindset and working through resistance. The goal is to help a dog look to their owner as a mentor and leader.
Working with the dogs’ owners, Perry will show you how to communicate with your dog in their language; through movement and touch.
